Every machine starts from what you will do with it. The parts follow from that.

Component swaps and performance upgrades for a computer you already own, such as more memory, a faster drive or a better graphics card.
Troubleshooting faulty parts and restoring the computer to full working order.
These are the first things I look at for common problems. Send the symptom and I will narrow it down from there.
Yes. Tell me what you can spend and what you will use the computer for. I pick parts that put the money where it matters for that use, and send you the part list to look over first.
A security deposit confirms your Custom Build order: $125 when you give a budget, or $100 and non-refundable when you do not. Either deposit is deducted from your final total. I then email you a quote with the part list and exact total, because part prices change. When you approve the quote, I send an invoice through Square.
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, your $125 security deposit and any warranty fee are refunded. The $100 deposit, charged when no budget is given, is non-refundable. Parts are ordered right after your order is placed, so the deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours.
The optional $50 workmanship warranty covers your build for 60 days, starting the day you receive your computer. If a part fails because of an error made during assembly, such as improper installation, I will correct the problem, including replacement of any part damaged by that error. Failures from any other cause are not covered.
Gaming builds put most of the money into the graphics card. Work builds lean on the processor, memory and quiet cooling, and plan for several monitors.

Often, yes. Adding memory, moving to a faster drive or swapping the graphics card can extend a machine without a full rebuild. Send the model or parts list and what feels slow.
Describe what happens and when. Diagnosis means narrowing it down part by part until the faulty component is found and replaced.
